GAMUT has continued to grow and support their team. They have had yearly increases in hourly rates for the past two years to remain competitive. They heavily hire from within. All of admin has worked in the ABA field which creates a great sounding board.

Cons

School schedules vary, but they do their best to find work for staff who are interested.

GAMUT is a great company! I had constant support and a great work/ life balance! Honestly, working in the school district can be challenging but GAMUT gave me all the tools I needed.

Cons

There needs to be more full time summer hours but other than that nothing else
