Pros
Having minimum management and working with a small close net team. The equipment is in good working condition and not very difficult work.
Cons
While I was working there, the company only hires temps from an agence. The warehouse side of the company had a high turnover rate. When I had left I was there close to a year and had been there the longest. The company showed me they had no intrest in hiring any of their temp employees.
