      Pros

      Nice location friendly coworkers for the most part.

      Cons

      I had an issue with inappropriate behavior of one coworker and complained. The way the company owner handled this was to threaten termination to me. I found a much better job and left. Workers are afraid to speak up. The benefits appear decent at first glance but the company exaggerates medical insurance costs. The owner still uses paper time sheets to save costs and approves them himself.

      Pros

      Casual work environment. They will let you wear T-Shirts.

      Cons

      They will hire you and get all the knowledge they can out of you because they have no clue what they are doing compared to the bigger companies. Then once they get the answers to the questions they seek, they will lay you off on an excuse, blaming the current presidential administration or budget. They also rely heavily on ChatGPT and GROK AI for answers. I sat in meetings where GROK is the mastermind. The CEO and Security person are pinging GROK real time. You ask a question, they ping AI.
