Pros

GCE Solutions truly cares about your successes from a professional standpoint, but personal as well. I have been a part of other organizations and this is not commonplace. I have been continually pleasantly surprised at the support from not only a local level but national level as well. GCE Solutions truly invests in your development by sending you to various professional training throughout your tenure in the organization. Each stage as a beneficial training, where you learn to grow and push yourself even further. This is a fast-paced work environment - You will never be looking at the clock waiting for the minutes to tick away! With GCE you get what you put in and have an amazing company reputation to back you. You're selling a premium product - and a process that really works. Not to mention, you're affecting people's lives everyday! Your candidates by the jobs you expose them to and clients by the candidates you provide. All around - This company and position has pushed me outside my comfort zone more times than I can count and for that, I could not be more appreciative. You're only growing when you're pushed and I'm so glad that I have been.

Cons

I didn't anything bad yet.

Pros

remote work. - benefits got better with IQVIA acquisition, but internal employee policy is still "we (GCE) don't want you unless you are making us money" - lack of oversight ironically makes work-life balance great. Bad for overpaying clients though.

Cons

Any review above 3 stars is probably internal employees making themselves look good. Make no mistake - GCE is a staffing firm. They will cut you as soon as your project is over, even if you successfully finished the project. If they can't find a client (pharma company) to squeeze money out of you, they will fire you immediately. It is in your best interest to leave as soon as possible. The company has no transparency, echoing all the reviews. The only transparent thing is the fact that their upper management who talk to non-employees are Westerners. The rest are non-westerners who will conflict with you culturally. It's almost as if they know that Indian culture don't align with Western employees / clients. This is rather common with many companies that off-shore back offices to India, but it is so transparent. Still gotta get that dollars and euros from western pharma companies. The bad reviews here are actually true.
