Worse than you’ve heard - Anonymous employee GCI Health Employee Review

Cannot say how much my and coworkers mental health tanked working at this company. SO MANY bullies in upper management, even as a top performer I consistently felt like my ethics and morals were being questioned. Racist, openly homophobic leaders. Personal lives are not respected at all (unless you’re a mom), hours are insane. Bullies are constantly flagged to HR and nothing is done. I have worked at a couple of other agencies and have NEVER seen such terrible behavior. Money is good, but run - it is not worth it.
