Pros
New Office Just started an "Employee of the Month" program (if you can call that a pro) Owner is very likeable
Cons
Office manager has very short fuse and will not hesitate to yell/berate Pay is nowhere near competitive Patrol vehicles fall apart nearly daily Other officers only look out for themselves (product of environment?) High turnover Lots of forced overtime and last-minute schedule changes
