      Pros

      Not much really. Some colleagues were really nice and brought a bit of humanity back into the place.

      Cons

      Managers and teamleaders act like soulless empty shells, treating you like a mere object that has to fullfill their targets, If not, you're quickly disposed of. The job itself is dire and uninspiring. The office is a joke and it feels like the life is being sucked out of you.

      Really sorry that you felt like this but I can assure you that we would never dispose of anyone who is a hard worker or at least is willing to try to learn.

      Staff, management all bad. Horrible atmosphere. Clicky, liked who they liked and were dismissive to everyone else

      Cons

      staff. management, atmosphere, lack of training. Felt like a chicken in a coop

      The ongoing training, learning and 121 coaching Interesting clients and campaigns to work on Lots of motivation and encouragement Hybrid working schedule over the normal working week Opportunity to grow within the business

      There are none - I love my job and I really enjoy the people that I work with
