Cons
- Working at GCS as a female was traumatizing. Being told by management to lower my shirt down for a better closing conversation was hard to swallow. The "C" word is said constantly around the office by management like it's completely ok. -On our offer that was given to us we accepted and agreed to working 8-5pm. If you ever leave at 5pm-5: 30 pm it is looked frowned upon. I was told by management that if you have kids/ dogs get rid of them. -9 people out of their first year of being in Austin have left and quit the company. After you leave management expresses very loudly how you need to isolate that individual and not follow them on any social media platform. -Working for 4 1/2 months on a job and getting $15 for the commission is crazy to me. If you are wanting to find a company where you get paid for what you put in, I highly suggest not working here.
