Always open to communication. HR encourages low impact conflict resolution and makes it clear that the door is always open. Management works to accomadate all staff to the best of their ability. This company will come through for you if you show up and do what you should.
Cons
Occasional combativeness between coworkers in the past, but issue was resolved once I spoke up.
