Pros
There is a positive work environment here. Occasionally, we get a nice lunch catered. An example of the company taking care of us: when we had to shut down during the winter storm, we were still paid without having to use PTO.
Cons
I myself like the work, but I could understand if it isn't a good fit for everyone.
