1. Poor pay. You work so hard for the minimum wage that they give. No perks at all. 2.Management lacks professionalism. They only care about the numbers and not their employees. They take advantage of immigrants coz they don't know any better. If anything good has come out of working here is that we have learned how to clean professionally and now own our own cleaning company. 3. High staff turnover.
