Pros
Always great sales prizes and people are amazing to work with. Earning potential is excellent. Don't need to oversell as the product is good even though they do price themselves out of the SME market which their platform would benefit most in my opinion. Got to travel around the world to some amazing hotels and met some amazing CxO's. The relationships you can build with clients is good to aid your account management. So Much earning potential. Company days out can be good.
Cons
Management need to be more patient on expectations when implementing/changing process', systems' and product. Some people will oversell/lie and this will be depending on the their line manager. Don't get t see any of the places you go to host events and you'll be up at 6 each morning and bed gone midnight three days on the trot and then whisked straight out and back to work the next day. Don't do many company days out now.
