-Gds's seasoned, thoughtful leadership team varies with talent across the board. The team is also endlessly humble, responsible, authentic, and the absolute best cheerleaders to the entire organization. You'll regularly see the C-Suite calling out employees for the great work that they do. -Balancing agility during the pandemic and setting the business and employees up for long-term success wether that be WFH or in office. We have constant support, guidance and empathy. -GDS has given me the opportunity for both lateral and upward career development. It really is inspiring to be exposed to decison maker educational sessions, content and conversations.
Cons
May have to work late/from home sometimes to reach goals, but that is balanced with the ability to work from home when YOU need to, holidays and 2 full weeks off for holiday break; its a fair trade. Once you build pipeline you maintain.
