Pros
Training - Training has been good here at GDS however when I started there has been a lot of back and forth which has confused me over time and I think there should be more training around systems and salesforce to try and maintain your numbers. Product – GDS – I Can see the value of what we bring our delegates and how we can help them in their day to day roles Support – Support has been there from pod leaders and pillars in my time at GDS – I believe their has been pressure from above but I guess that is the way the world works. Environment – Fantastic environment, best bit of working for GDS is the environment, culture and people Management – I believe their has been pressure applied at times possibly to much however on a whole management has been good Culture – Incredible culture at GDS – And good mix of DSE’S on the floor allows us all to make friends and have similarities. Earnings – Paid very well cannot complain with the income at GDS
