GDS is a great place to work with lots of training, support and tools to succeed. The earnings potential is very high. Any new projects or programs you are asked to work on always come with more than enough help and training from upper management so that you are confident and successful in achieving your goals. It's also nice interacting with very senior level executives in various industries and helping them address their challenges and deliver against key targets/objectives. Also I am never afraid to ask a question or voice any suggestions/opinions. Upper management does listen to their employees and I feel they do try to make each working day a good experience. We also have a lot of team building outings, attend sports games etc and engage in other fun activities which is energizing for the office. GDS also really tries to create a bit of friendly competition as well with big prizes/huge incentives which help keeps the job exciting.
