3yThank you for taking the time to leave a review on your time at GDS Group. We understand that prospecting can be challenging, however it is a fundamental part of any successful sales team. We encourage our DSEs to prospect daily, and we have a very strong training team/on-hand management to provide feedback and offer advice to anyone who is struggling or requires help to achieve their daily targets. We have an HR and Finance team, so if you have experienced discrepancy in pay I would advise you reach out to them so this can be resolved (HR@gdsgroup.com) - however I reject your statement that staff are intentionally underpaid deliberately - I do not believe GDS Group could have lasted for +30years and grow by 98% in 2021 if it did not pay its staff correctly.
