Ignore the poor reviews - not genuine representation of the company - Anonymous employee GDS Group Employee Review

I have worked for GDS for a long time now, and I plan on staying here for a long time. I can appreciate that due to a large part of the company being a sales role, this is not for everyone. however I have seen GDS grow into a great place to work and I genuinely enjoy working here. during my time at GDS, i can honestly say that the leadership team we have currently has never been better. They do a lot for the business and ensure everything we do, we do proudly. I do feel that a lot of the negative reviews on here are not a true representation of GDS at all and are incredibly unfair. please trust me when I say this is a great place to work, all you need is drive, motivation and want a career. This is an amazing company to expand your knowledge especially if you are straight out of university!
