Pros

- Highly Motivated Co-Workers - Good Working Space for Freshers as there is a steep learning curve.

Cons

- I’m-always-right attitude among managers: no matter how wrong they are, they never admit mistakes and always blame employees. - Lack of new opportunities: they hire smart talent, slow them down over time (since only a handful of managers have consulting experience), then cry about the lack of new work generation. - Mediocrity paradise: GDI loves to compare itself to BCG/McKinsey, but the reality isn’t even close. It sells funders and colleges the illusion of being a government “thought partner,” while operating like a glorified back office for bureaucratic paperwork. The “strategic” work is basically PMU chores any Big 4 firm could crank out. -The CEO wants to create impact, but senior management are mostly yes-men who show little ability to deliver projects or new ideas. -Talk about nation-building—they haven’t even given employee a laptop. -If you’re an MBA grad, do yourself a favor and stay far away. They can’t afford you or your brain.

Pros

The only upside of working at this organization comes in the form of developing a more grounded, real time understanding of how the broader social/development sector in India has been hijacked by rootless entities like GDi who disguise individual and corporate profiteering as #NationBuilding efforts.

Cons

There are enough and more but if everything had to be summarized it comes down to this - GDi Partners is morally compromised, led by unimaginative and dishonest leaders who hoodwink donors and young professionals alike about creating "impact" when in fact all they do is design good-looking slides to overinflate their contributions in a work environment that is toxic and misleading.

Pros

At this juncture, there does not appear to be anything readily identifiable that comes to mind.

Cons

- It is worth noting that there exists a distinct possibility that the CEO himself may have posted a review on Glassdoor on April 22nd, in which he characterised his own leadership as “brilliant.” - This conclusion is further substantiated by a careful examination of the CEO’s written style and grammatical patterns, which appear to align closely with those exhibited in the review in question.
