      The good reasons are plentiful from a large company that is solid. Better than average benefits.

      Cons

      For a large and progressive company it can be a dinosaur at times. Not much advantage for older workers. You need to be selected at a young age if you are to advance.

      -Easy internal transfers to learn new components of the engines -Good benefits and hybrid schedule -Ability to travel -Ability to move between engineering groups during downturns on projects

      Cons

      -High attrition and turn over rate for experienced engineers and managers due to company needs in different sections -Lack of access to mentors -Movement towards outsourcing of roles to out of country (USA) -Depending on role, you will be working extra hours and weekends to meet delivery
