      Good place to work, very nice facilities, always improving, company always puts money into making better work place, great benefits and retirement packages

      Cons

      It is such a large company, that at times it seems that we are all just a number, rather than an actual person. Some positions are underpaid, according to other industries and companies.

      -Easy internal transfers to learn new components of the engines -Good benefits and hybrid schedule -Ability to travel -Ability to move between engineering groups during downturns on projects

      Cons

      -High attrition and turn over rate for experienced engineers and managers due to company needs in different sections -Lack of access to mentors -Movement towards outsourcing of roles to out of country (USA) -Depending on role, you will be working extra hours and weekends to meet delivery
