Share most of the views posted by other commenters.. 1. Incompetent Engineering section managers (anointed early in the career, but don't have maturity to deal with employees).. 2. Too much focus on initiatives that go nowhere most of the times 3. Use forced ranking to deny salary hikes. Poor performance management system. 4. You got to be part of good old boys club, other wise the management wouldn't mind throwing you under the bus 5. No respect for the hard working exempt employees - Management worried about short term and their bonus. Culture of getting work done with fear, retribution.. 6. Salary/benefits don't stand out compared to other competitors
