- There is more work than employees to do it - Corporate buzzwords still exist like every other F500 - Career advancement is possible, but the higher up the management ladder you climb, the more challenging it becomes - as with every other F500; at some point, making lateral moves is the best you can do while negotiating pay increases - Compensation could be more competitive with tech companies, because we have billions to make that a reality, but we often, perhaps rightfully so, heavily invest it back into the business
