      I get a paycheck. It's not a long commute...

      Cons

      Not many. Worst management of anywhere I have been in my 20 years of professional engineering experience. I'm currently in a new role after moving from a previous nightmare here, thinking that was a one-off situation, but this is turning out to be the same. Definitely fitting that they still worship Edison and strive to be "engineers" (read: corporate scum) just like him. Also constant messages to donate our personal money to the scummy political PAC campaign lobbyists so they can continue avoiding taxes and having dinner with Trump.

      -Easy internal transfers to learn new components of the engines -Good benefits and hybrid schedule -Ability to travel -Ability to move between engineering groups during downturns on projects

      Cons

      -High attrition and turn over rate for experienced engineers and managers due to company needs in different sections -Lack of access to mentors -Movement towards outsourcing of roles to out of country (USA) -Depending on role, you will be working extra hours and weekends to meet delivery
