Pros
Team And Workforce, Clean workplace . Not really very much good to say. Local Leadership is plus , Current Team I work with is a real good group of people. Products are market leaders .
Cons
Too many to name, CIO is an not a good person. Pay is bad no raises . Roles change with the seasons. Do everything on the cheap. TCS offshore team is a Joke. After TCS gets things fully screwed up, they assign it to YOU to fix.
