      Pros

      Opportunities, independence and autonomy. Network, training, meritocracy. The team are fantastic and always go the extra mile. The skills that permeate your psyche while listening to the strong leadership messages are tough to beat

      Cons

      Occasional isolation, lean teams meaning unworked overtime is a given. USA chain of command still strong (though better) and getting the credibility take decisions in the regions can be a challenge

      Pros

      GE Vernova has great company culture... obviously it differs team by team but in my experience most people are really nice and laid back. Most teams are also supportive of good worklife balance (aka nobody is working more than 40 hours per week, and a lot of teams are remote part time).

      Cons

      Like every big company, there is some disorganization (ESPECIALLY with onboarding stuff).
