Pros

Flexible working hours and working from home options, nice office, diverse and international Teams. Nice people although by now almost all of them left. Possibility to change to other roles within the HR Operations (e.g. from Tier 1 to Tier 2 or CoE).

Cons

In my opinion very toxic culture and bad leadership. In detail, gossips and politics over performance. In my opinion, People get promoted trough connections which leads to inexperienced people taking leadership positions and lots of power games. Unfair pay. High turnover rate. No structures and bad communication. No clear roles and responsibilities which leads to double work, misalignments and competition. Employees have no impact or a saying due to micro management in some areas. Ongoing transformation (already for years and over and over again because things don’t work). In my opinion very hierarchical and political organization where they tried to set up a fancy start up (HR Operations Hub) by still following the ‚old style‘ of leadership.
