Interesting Product. Good communication with Engineering and R&D departments. Big portfolio of Trainings available.
Cons
Very poor leadership of procurement team. Team leader has no knowledge of leading a team, no face to face meetings with his team members, no team meetings. No onboarding plan. Does not share knowledge. Does not understand that the team needs to be informed, & involved. Very poor communication style.
