      Less OT if you like to work without thinking too much, and without a job, it's a very chill place to stay, but don't expect to learn alot of things.

      Cons

      Copy design and quickly touch up drawings on a daily basis. No engineering work at all

      Flexible schedule / Hybrid Nice group of people as your coworkers

      Seems they restructure A LOT. The main reason I left.

      Great benefits, co-workers are good to work with

      Dysfunctional management, lack of concern for procedures, management is not communicative, feel like a number outside of the co workers
