      - Leadership is very professional and transparent - Lots of changes in the US can be a good and bad thing but was mostly good. - Strong company values - Flexible work arrangements - Opportunity to travel and meet internal stakeholders from other locations

      Dysfunctional management, lack of concern for procedures, management is not communicative, feel like a number outside of the co workers
