good environement, good people, no long hours

no cons at all whatsoever

I enjoyed working with my coworkers. My direct manager was very professional, caring and nice, which made dealing with all the other management team bearable for awhile.

Leadership team very unprofessional. Favoritism among certain people on the leadership team and if you weren't apart of that click then you didn't matter and they made it difficult to do your job. Mistreatment and uncaring of their direct employees. Morale was way down and they didn't want to do anything to fix it. Gave way to much work to employees and expected too much from them with no recognition or advancement as promised. Just an overall stressful environment with no support from leadership. On top of this, the pay was below market and trying to catch up was hard with only minimal raises annually. They would make promises to pacify their employees, but didn't keep true to their word.
