8yThank you for your feedback. GEI has a robust travel and expense guideline document that provides details about our expense and reimbursement practices. We reimburse employees weekly upon receipt of the appropriate and accurate expense form and supporting documentation. For any employees where this presents an issue, we would encourage them to speak to their direct supervisor about their concerns and to discuss options. As to being billable, as a consulting firm dedicated to our clients, we have a focus on ensuring that the work our clients have entrusted to us is completed timely and with excellence. We also have a focus on maintaining a culture where our employees thrive, are engaged and feel rewarded for their efforts. If any employee has suggestions or feedback, we encourage them to use any number of channels available including speaking with their direct supervisor, a member of senior or executive leadership, the People & Safety team or through more formal means such as the GEI Pulse employee engagement survey or any other number of surveys conducted throughout the year.
