Pros
GEI offers very good career growth opportunities for those that are willing to reach for them. There is a tremendous pool of technical talent within the company. The company management stays regularly transparent and engaged with employees at all levels. GEI management is not afraid to take quick action when good business opportunities present themselves.
Cons
As with any mid-size company up against monolithic mega-firms, GEI will be challenged to grow market share over the next few years.
