      No Pros, only Cons in Genworks. Waiting for the day to exit

      No respect for Human Capitals. Unnecessary Overheads. When CEO goes to Chennai, a team from Bangalore go for a meeting at Chennai. When CEO comes to Bangalore, a team from Chennai comes for a meeting at Bangalore. Incentive calculation is not based on Sales, it is based on how close the executive is to the Head. No Sales strategy for increasing Sales. Company runs only in Whatsapp.
