Wear jeans on Friday, only Pro. Working with participants.

Cons

Micromanagement to the extreme. Database loses Everything and when audited it becomes the Case Manager's fault if a document is missing, although it was uploaded the day before. Management doesn't understand the true nature of LSI and GAIN Assessment scores and what they can do to assist participants. It's all a numbers game, so not to benefit participants. So the cycle continues. Thank God I left.

Clean facility with the salt of the earth staff from all over the country. Go for Horne!

Cons

It's a difficult job in a difficult area of the country; recruiting and retention is difficult in such a remote area.
