1. Good location for the head office. 2. Acceptable benefit such as PVD fund, Health insurance, Bonus. 3. Good for learning about logistics.
Cons
1. Depend on the position, but I think there many people get low pay. 2. Not work life balance. 3. Office is not so nice, old building.
