Hands on experience developing on both hardware and software side of electrical products. Freedom to innovate and think and good constructive criticism given from engineers. You get a whole nice office.

Not really a con, but the company works on a need basis, you will work on what they need which I honestly see as a pro, there is not really a intern structure but it is very much an internship with how much you learn and apply. If you want to work here make sure to reach out to them.
