There are a few people there who want to make a difference in the industry and are willing to look out for the wellbeing of the employees
Cons
The CEO and CFO are the most poisonous individuals an organization can have. Through out 2015 the maintained a 10% retention rate within the sales team. People are quitting the company faster than they can hire them because of these two alone.
