Pros
The workers, are very nice and helpful. Since everyone is miserable, there is no competition and cut throat behavior. The executives are left to be desired.
Cons
All the other reviews are accurate so I will focus on the other issues. The executives will smile to you and are nice but they play good cop bad cop with each other and employees. Each one of them lies or gives half truths and you can never get a straight answer. Benefits, extremely expensive and company only covers a portion and coverage is not good. You only get 10 Days PTO time you have to accrue and wait until the end of the year before you can take it or you are in a negative balance and wind up owing the company. Pay is below industry standard and you are expected to work more then the 40 hours and not be compensated. Management does not respect the employees, there is an air of entitlement within the executive team that they are always right and never wrong. A lack of respect to the employees. We are just as valuable as your profits. There is no development of employees, or promotion within the company. No opportunities for development and are discouraged in developing yourself. The company has an employee luncheon every month and there is never enough food. They also give an employee of the month award but that is given to the same employees over and over. Everyone is just waiting for a better position. If you need to pay bills, this is your place but remember to keep your resume updated and keep applying.
