Pros

Work life balance was there if you are in right team. best for Woman, as the VP of this organization is a woman. she gave priority and flexibility to woman employees over male employees.

Cons

if you are male employees this organization is not for you. Women always gets more priority over male employees in this organization. salary never credited on time. Always delay in salaries. if you have good relation with seniors only you can survive other wise your hard work never get appreciated . They have no fixed increment cycles and its been 2years not a single time increment has been done even after being the top performer

Pros

Benefits: The so-called "benefits" offered are laughable at best. A cab service and tea biscuits hardly constitute a fair exchange for the exploitation employees endure.

Cons

The company's name should be a red flag—GET indeed stands for "Global Exploitation of Talent," and they deliver on that promise with an unsettling efficiency. Work Culture: The work environment is toxic beyond belief. Expect unpaid labor during weekends, holidays, and even during your off-duty hours. It's not just inconvenient; it's a blatant disregard for work-life balance. Compensation: Timely payment is a foreign concept here. Salaries are consistently delayed, and promises of pay raises and bonuses are just that—promises, never fulfilled. Management: The management practices are a modern-day form of corporate slavery. Any attempt to address these issues or raise concerns is met with hostility, and you'll find yourself out of a job if you dare to speak up. In summary, GET is a prime example of everything that can go wrong in a corporate setting. I would strongly advise against working here or associating with this company in any capacity.
