They would lay off the good guys because we got paid more for anyone that would take less pay. advice to management: The city gives you guys million dollar contracts and instead of utilizing the funds to pay the workers fairly or hire more workers so that the current workers isn't overworked THEY STUFF THEIR POCKETS IN THE OFFICE AND MISUSE THE FUNDS.
