      Pros

      Great Colleagues and always had plenty to do.

      Cons

      Long hours to keep up with project deadlines. I would have preferred to do the work at home as the office was noisy and I would frequently get interrupted with questions.

      Great location downtown. Social events are numerous. Staff is friendly. T

      Cons

      Transition after recent merger has been bumpy. Work is inconsistent. There is a clear hierarchy between the production staff and the leadership. Not a lot of communication.
