      Pros

      Gannett has been great to work for and proving many rewarding experiences and project opertunities.

      Cons

      Sick time and vacation are all lumped into the same bucket. Makes it stressful to plan for time off when you're never sure how much time you should budget for family sicknesses. Results in employees rarely taking off when they are sick to conserve PTO.
