Pros

I've learned a massive amount during my time at GFiber, where there has been immense growth in the org as well. I love how the culture here empowers you to bring your own unique brand to the work that we do, regardless of your hierarchy. We take risks and do things different, and we are supported by management whether we win or fail, which keeps us motivated. The work you do here makes a difference to the community and the service has integrity and makes me proud to represent the brand.

Cons

The migration in systems has been a big challenge. There is a big gap in understanding from the leadership at the top, but I feel you will find that at most places.

Pros

Genuinely friendly team culture and a great atmosphere. Free lunch is a nice perk. Having the Google name was a big plus for sales. This was back when it was still under the original Google name then GFiber was spun off as an independent entity.

Cons

Came to the ISP market late. High turnover. Incredibly convoluted internal processes and procedures. Tools are far from intuitive, and too many events are scheduled without considering that salespeople need to be out selling—not attending events or stuck wrestling with overly complex internal systems. Management seemed confused and directionless.
