Pros

London office location Free lunch on the last Friday of the month. End of shift on Friday afternoon. And nothing nothing nothing nothing nothing else.

Cons

Too many senior management. Top management consists of old friends who worked together in a previous company but don't have a clue on management or anything else. No support or confidentiality from Senior HR to address issues. No career development and they only consider you as a resource. BIG difference in salary on staff doing the same role.
