Never the same design which makes the systems unique.
Cons
No matter how good you are, management doesn't appreciate talent and think that everything is not a big deal and that anyone can do the jobs. No clear working schedule. One can work 20 hours a day and management would say that we have a deadline. Management only listens to weak people with little to no experience and not to people that know what's going on since everything is usually a smokescreen.
