Pros

GHS is a great place to work, and is a company that truly puts the safety and the needs of the Customer at the forefront of everything they do. GHS Security provides a work environment that is caring and considerate of the employees needs, as well. The company truly puts others at the forefront of everything they do, and train their employees to do the same. I encourage ALL my friends and family to use GHS for their security and home automation needs.

Cons

While the company leadership is working incredibly hard to instill the above values in each and every employee, that has required some turnover and internal changes. However, I can see how that is necessary to create the best Customer Service and Security Team for our customers and potential customers. The only thing constant is change, and while it might not be "comfortable", it will ultimately benefit all GHS customers, employees, and representatives of the company.
