Could be better - Inspect Pack GHSP Employee Review

It is a Union shop. Advancement is seniority based and not really how qualified you are over someone else for a position. So if a opening becomes available, and you are more qualified, more dependable, more knowledgeable, it would not matter because the position would go to the person who signed the posting that had the highest seniority. In addition, this shop does not give bonuses. They have but it has been years since they have actually done so. Also the pay raises have not kept up with cost of living and most other shops are leaving them in the dust on what they pay their employees.
