We appreciate your time to provide us with your perspective, as well as how we can improve. We’re happy to see that the close-knit teams and flexibility we provide are valued. It’s our sincere hope that you can “come as yourself” to GHT, and we continue to foster that mindset via the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee (DEIC), plus educational and volunteering events designed to further enhance our culture. If you’d like to join the DEIC, feel free to approach any of our DEIC team members! In terms of how you can grow at GHT, I’d encourage you to meet with your supervisor to determine what is needed to attain your goals. We encourage all employees to set goals for their growth and advancement within the firm – regardless of job role upon entering the company. For over 55 years we have prided ourselves on growth from within by providing training, education, and job cross-training. We continue to train and develop our future leaders and believe that our highly-skilled employees are what sets us apart. Our goal is for you to grow as GHT grows. Let us know how we can help! Pros

GHT has been very supportive of me, both as a professional and an individual. I've been given the flexibility to choose my working hours, and a hybrid schedule has allowed me to attend to family needs while still being able to connect F2F with peers in the office. The GHT leadership team recognizes the importance of balance and cares about the whole employee - not just their hours on a timesheet. The result is an environment built around a family, who supports one another and cheer each other on through a rewarding career.

Cons

Employees must pay for parking (can use pre-tax dollars). Benefits are being upgraded and expanded to meet new employee needs. Team cultures can vary.
