Pros

Some of the people are nice. The actual IT staff seems to really care but the management ruins it for everyone.

Cons

Completely understaffed and overworked for technical positions. The IT department is split in two with actual technical people and application team. The actual technical team, that runs the whole company, has been and continues to be insanely understaffed. Turnover rates are through the roof because of this. They insist on hiring the cheapest people they can find and not never have enough talent to keep things afloat. at least 8 sys admins have quit and been replaced the last few months alone. They rotate through people so fast that things don't even get done. The management does not care at all no matter what actual technical people beg and plead. All of the senior guys end up leaving because the management does not show any signs that they actually want things solved. I've never worked in an environment this poorly ran before and I'm honestly surprised it's lasted this long. I would not recommend working here to my worst enemy. They will low ball the salary and work you like a dog because they would rather do that and just replace people every couple months than actually hire an appropriate level of staff for how large his company is. Imagine having two sys admins for a location for hundreds to maybe a thousand servers and 6-8k computers. Even the helpdesk team feels the same way. There is not a single person you can talk to on the technical side that enjoys their job. RUN AWAY if this place recruits you for a sys admin, network, or helpdesk role.

Pros

Ability to work from home occasionally.

Cons

Very political. Management makes sweeping decisions without listening to the actual subject matter experts.
