I had a disappointing experience with this company due to a lack of professionalism and poor communication. From my time working here, it became clear that management does not know how to interact with employees respectfully or constructively. Concerns raised were often ignored or dismissed, and feedback was not welcomed, creating a toxic and demotivating work environment. There’s a clear gap in leadership skills and emotional intelligence, which makes it difficult for employees to feel supported or valued. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone who is looking for a respectful, growth-oriented, or professionally managed environment.
